Save me from myself
please take me away
I destroy myself more and more
with every passing day
don't mean you no harm
don't want you to lose
but I need your help
gettin' out of these shoes
life's not too long
and I'm here every day
askin' what's wrong
with livin this way
I need to chose
life over loss
I need to try
whatever the cost
The words in my head
echo inside
words that just hurt myself
and make me want to die
I tell them shut up
and want to run and hide
but what can I do
when they come from inside
I want the light on
I want to be true
true to myself
and honest with you
When will this end
this ride that I'm on
I want to erase it all
I want it all gone!
