Restore Me

My world is spinning.
I can't stand up.
Black
Grey
Wind
Rain
Swirling
Surrounding
Engulfing darkness
Hands over my head
Make the voices stop.

I can't go lower
Can I stand up?
Wind
Rain
Black
Grey
My hands stay in place
Can't let anyone close
I'll just hurt them
When I can't keep going

Black
Grey
Where did the color go?
Where is my hope
When I feel this low?
Weak
Tired br

Mentally Torn
I can't
Can I?

When?
Where?
Tired, Scared
Why? How?
Help me now.
