Poems and Prayers is a section of poems that I and others have written in the midst of our struggles. They are purposed to show the feelings the eating disorder bestows, to give comfort that you are not alone but also to show hope through them. Know that although pain can be felt through them that God is there in the midst of every ounce of that pain and that there is freedom and a way out of these struggles.
